Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive the store's merchandising strategy and lead a high-performing team. You will mentor staff to uphold AEO brand visuals, ensure guest-ready floors, and optimize replenishment while delivering the best possible guest experience.

You will partner with the Store Team Leader to coach and develop team members, manage floor presence, and execute brand standards across the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience
• Strong coaching and training abilities
• Solid understanding of AEO visual standards and guest service
• Ability to analyze daily trends and drive KPI performance

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment to maintain brand standards and floorset execution.
• Motivate and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet store KPIs.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and capabilities.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and development plans to the team.
