Job summary

You will lead guest-ready merchandising and replenishment to maximize sales. You will recruit, train, and develop talents, provide real-time coaching, and uphold store safety and asset protection policies while modeling AEO values.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to drive guest experience and visual standards to brand guidelines.
• Experience managing floorset execution, replenishment, and store metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach and develop team to consistently meet AEO visual and customer service standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time feedback, conduct development plans, and performance reviews.
• Maintain daily operational procedures and ensure guest-ready fitting rooms and floors.
• Uphold store safety and Asset Protection policies and company procedures.
