Forman Mills Inc. seeks a Merchandise Manager to oversee merchandising operations across assigned departments. The role reports to the Store Manager and drives department layouts, feature presentations, and loss prevention while managing staffing and HR tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, directing daily activities, and upholding policy adherence. The position requires strong leadership, energy, and customer service focus within a dynamic retail store environment.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years in management, operations and merchandising in big box retail.
Strong financial and retail management skills; ability to lead a diverse team.
High energy, hands-on leadership with excellent people skills.

Responsabilités

Meet or exceed budgeted sales and drive KPIs for their departments.
Direct daily activities including merchandising, stock flow, loss prevention and staffing with Store Manager collaboration.
Coach and develop Department Leads and team members; conduct performance conversations.
Open/close the store as assigned; manage department initiatives and sign-offs.
Ensure customer service standards and policy execution across departments.
