You will drive sales, shrink control, and customer service standards while leading department leads and staff in a fast-paced Big Box environment. Flexibility with hours and local travel may be required.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of Management, Operations and Merchandising Experience within a Big Box organization.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales daily and drive KPIs.
• Organize and direct daily activities within assigned departments including merchandising and operations initiatives.
• Train and develop Department Leads and Team Members.
• Open and Close the Store per company direction when assigned.
• Ensure customer service standards and loss prevention measures are followed.
