Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in the assigned location. You will drive sales, manage budgets, supervise staff, and ensure policy adherence while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong financial, merchandising, and people skills, capable of building a high-performing team and communicating effectively with district leadership.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 5+ years of management, operations and merchandising in a big-box format; softlines preferred.
• Strong financial and retail management skills; able to recruit, develop and retain top performers.
• High energy, hands-on leadership with excellent people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and drive KPI achievement.
• Manage weekly payroll within budget by optimizing staffing.
• Direct daily operations across all functions and audits.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a first-rate team.
• Ensure flawless execution of company initiatives and customer service standards.
• Communicate policies and procedures to staff and stakeholders.
