Job summary

Michaels Stores - Toledo North, OH is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution while maintaining a customer-ready store environment.

You will lead a team, manage in-stock levels, execute ad sets, and support workload planning with staffing alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and uphold company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards and hold team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Plan workloads and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain planogram (POG) and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory control, in-stock levels, replenishment, and accurate stock movement.
• Process ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and maintain pricing integrity.
