The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, expertise in planograms, and strong coaching abilities to develop team members and maintain store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing truck processing, inventory routines and planogram sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and uphold SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory accuracy, and stock movement.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to maintain in-stock levels.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, customer-ready store and backroom organization.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
• Maintain asset protection and shrink-reduction efforts.
