Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution and merchandising flow to the floor.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and in-store availability.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and planogram compliance.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
