Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Toledo, OH is hiring a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead a team and manage store operations.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and accountability for store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
