Job summary

Michaels Stores in Columbus, OH is hiring a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy and promotional execution.

You will lead workload planning, ensure in-stock readiness, oversee planograms and visual standards, and coach team members to deliver a customer-ready store environment across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy and stock movement.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving; supervise promotions and pricing accuracy.
