Job summary

The role focuses on merchandising and processing freight, with duties spanning daily store operations, asset protection, and adherence to company policies. You will manage freight flow, stock needs, and monthly planners while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical duties such as walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom/floor presentation.
• Process freight and manage merchandise needs to ensure sales floor effectiveness.
