Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Rock Hill, SC location. The role drives merchandising execution, inventory routines, pricing accuracy, and promotional readiness to maintain a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, enforcing SOPs, coordinating truck unloading, planograms, and in-stock optimization while ensuring effective loss prevention and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory control and store planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, stock flow, and planogram compliance.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and accurate pricing for promotions.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes with accuracy.
• Ensure a clean, customer-ready store environment and POS operations.
