Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Ability to manage store operations, SOP adherence, and customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Oversee execution of planograms, pricing, promotions, and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, and replenishment accuracy to sales floor.
• Manage workload planning and staffing alignment with business needs.
• Support Store-In-Stock Optimization and accurate stock movement.
