Job summary

Staples is seeking a Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to lead store operations, stock management, and customer service on the Sales Floor. You will coach a team, execute planograms, and ensure accurate inventory control while maintaining an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

Experience managing and coaching a team and/or supervising others.
Ability to engage customers and understand their needs.
Flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
Understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as part of stock handling.

Responsibilities

Process inventory controls and returns accurately.
Execute product activities including unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changeovers.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist with cashier duties, returns, and online reservations.
