Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager to lead store merchandising, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards in the Phoenix area. You will ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions while maintaining a customer-ready store environment.

You will oversee truck processing, stock movement, and adherence to SOPs, working with leadership to schedule staff and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead store operations and drive standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to pricing, promotions, and SOPs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck processing, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and replenishment routines.
• Manage in-store promotions, signage, and pricing integrity.
• Support Ship from Store fulfillment and returns processing.
