• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to manage workload and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and accountability for store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels via SISO routines and replenish accurately.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
