Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Dover, DE store to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing and promotional execution.

You will lead workload planning, partner with store leadership, ensure stock availability, support Planogram and visual standards, and maintain a customer-ready environment with strong SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Execute price changes and promotional signage accurately and on time.
• Support Ship from Store, returns, and inventory accuracy processes.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards.
