Job summary

Serv‑U‑Success is seeking a Store Representative to keep shelves stocked, displays set, and stores customer-ready. You’ll support merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building relationships with customers and teammates.

You’ll join a team that values quality, teamwork, and growth, with hands-on training and opportunities to develop new skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), local pod and wider region.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift; lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
