Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative for a part-time day shift (7:00am–1:00pm). Availability on Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun is required.

You will stock shelves, set displays, greet customers, and support merchandising projects while ensuring clean, organized store environments and safe backrooms. Join a team focused on quality, teamwork, and customer experience with hands-on training and opportunities for growth in retail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers and teammates to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards.
