Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and ensure every store is ready for customers. You’ll support merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

The role offers hands-on training and a people-first culture. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team in the Ohio stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Williness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
