Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative to stock shelves, maintain displays, and support merchandising and store operations. You will work hands-on in the store, assisting customers and teammates to ensure a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment.

This role offers part-time hours with day shifts and requires availability on weekdays and weekends. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store tasks.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time and report completed work.
