Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and keep stores customer-ready on a part-time daytime schedule. You will assist customers, support project execution, and work with store leadership to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
