Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative to keep shelves stocked, displays set, and stores customer-ready every day. You will support merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required / equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills expected.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work with Store Managers and teammates to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards.
