Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative in Mentor, OH to keep our stores stocked, displays set, and customer-ready every day. This part-time, day-shift role (6:00am–4:00pm) offers hands-on merchandising and frontline customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work with store leadership to execute projects, maintain clean backrooms, greet customers, and use available tools to track tasks. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
