Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative to help keep our stores looking their best. You’ll stock shelves, set displays, and keep customer-ready merchandise while supporting merchandising projects and store operations.

This role is hands-on in the store, with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and customer service. Part-time positions offer daytime to early-evening shifts, weekday and weekend availability, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
