Job summary

Serv-U-Success in Mentor, OH is hiring a Store Representative to keep shelves stocked, displays set, and the store guest-ready every day. You’ll work hands-on in merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Starting at $16.00/hr up to $18.00/hr for part-time day shifts (6:00am–4:00pm), with weekday/weekend availability and travel between local locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays that are customer-ready.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and teammates to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized backroom and work area.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
