Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative in Ohio, with a part-time, day shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Availability required on weekdays and weekends. Starting pay is $16.00/hour, up to $18.00/hour based on experience.

You will stock shelves, set displays, assist customers, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work with Store Managers and teammates, receive hands-on training, and have opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and teammates to complete priorities.
• Use technology to track time and report completed work.
