Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising, inventory, and curbside/delivery operations. The role emphasizes high-quality customer interactions, stock management, and adherence to alcohol regulations.

You will engage customers, learn product knowledge through training in wine, spirits, and beer, and help maintain promotional displays while supporting online ordering and store operations. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, and supporting digital operations.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws and store policies.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
