Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support store operations by maximizing product inventory, stocking displays, fulfilling online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

As a team member, you will greet customers, build relationships, participate in product training for wine, spirits and beer, and ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol sales and store safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise and displays, and supporting online orders.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and advertisements.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws and company policies.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Complete cross-functional duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
