• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive service culture, execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, adapt to change, lead and influence teams.

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity within payroll.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting and store audits.
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional Guest Engagement Leader program and drive APG metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and SOPs; maintain inventory and cash controls.
