Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, drive top-line sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee shipment, replenishment, omni-channel activities, pricing changes, and markdowns while aligning with Ulta Beauty’s mission and values.

In this role you will coach and develop a diverse team, manage scheduling and payroll planning, and ensure adherence to policies and standards. Strong leadership and a passion for customer focused service are essential.

Formación

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic store environment.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, payroll, omni-channel, and loss prevention.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Lead scheduling, stock replenishment, pricing updates, and markdowns to optimize store performance.
• Conduct staff training and development, coaching, and performance feedback.
