You will oversee shipments, replenishment, omni-channel activities and pricing changes, while maintaining execution standards and guest service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2+ years of retail management, strong financial acumen, and a track record of coaching talent.

Formación

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, and managing payroll budgets.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, achieving operational excellence, driving service culture, and merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to plan schedules and maximize productivity.
• Review financial and operational reporting and react to results.
• Lead guest engagement programs to drive sales and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and dress code; manage inventory and tasks.
