Job summary

Majik Enterprises International, Inc. is hiring for a Store Manager role. You will lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution, coaching and developing staff while driving revenue and customer engagement.

Strong accountability and decision-making are essential as you own business outcomes and steer the team to success. This salaried position offers benefits including profit-sharing, PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and weekly pay, with additional pay for bilingual

• Proven leader ready to step into a Store Manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to own a business, not just manage tasks.
• Strong decision-making skills—confident, timely, and data-informed.
• Track record of driving results in sales, collections, or operations.
• Experience managing and improving P&L performance (revenue, expenses, profitability).
• High level of accountability—you take ownership of outcomes, good or bad.
• Ability to build, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance standards.
• Driven, competitive, and motivated to win as a team and as a leader.
• Comfortable making tough calls and leading through change and challenges.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while hitting business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution

Leadership

• Supervise and develop a team (3–5 employees)


• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability


• Partner with leadership on performance and growth

Requirements

• 2–3+ years leadership or management experience


• Strong background in sales or retail


• Proven ability to drive results and develop people


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Valid driver’s license

Schedule

Salaried (45–50 hours/week) Monday–Friday: 9am–7pm Saturday: 9am–6pm (required) Sunday: Closed
