Newtown-Bagel-Co is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this full-time role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, handle payroll and scheduling, and maintain accurate bookkeeping while upholding company policies. The position is in-person and offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry management experience preferred

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for daily transactions and reporting
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with effective managerial communication skills
• Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development, and operational management
• Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store operations management
• Ability to supervise staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail in bookkeeping and payroll processing
