Job summary

Majik Rent To Own is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to keep the sales floor organized and inventory accurate while leading a small team. You will manage back room tagging, refurbish returned items, ensure correct pricing and signage, and coordinate transfers to support a strong customer experience.

You will assist the Store Manager in boosting store performance, coach staff, and keep operations running smoothly. Salary starts at $18+/hour with weekly pay and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and systems.
• Reliable with strong follow-through.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items).
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations.
• Track and resolve open repair issues.
• Organize and maintain back room with proper tagging.
• Refurbish returned merchandise to company standards.
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy.
• Coordinate inventory transfers.
• Monitor product ordering and follow up.
• Support store organization and operational efficiency.
• Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance.
• Coach and hold team members accountable to expectations.
• Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results.
• Coordinate field visits and delivery schedules.
• Maintain store standards (inventory, merchandising, cleanliness).
• Step in to lead the store when needed.
• Supervise and support a small team (1-3 employees).

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
