Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Austin, TX with 2+ years of management and customer service experience. You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, recruit talent, and ensure asset protection while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role offers competitive wages ($19.25 to $26.48 per hour) plus a lucrative monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time position reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of management and customer service experience in retail/sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Coach and develop store staff and recruit top talent.
• Open and close the store, manage cash and assets, and protect company assets.
• Analyze store financial statements to drive profitability and meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and policies.
