Qualifications

• Education: bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a sales retail-focused business unit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and financial understanding.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work the schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques, strategies, and performance.
• Lead and supervise the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, selection, training, development and succession planning by cultivating and maintaining a top-performing team.
• Enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive workplace culture and build effective teams.
• Communicates effectively.
• Achieve or surpass store and annual operating benchmarks; evaluate performance and sustain profitability.
