Job summary

POP MART Americas is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, team development, and operational excellence as we continue expanding across the United States. This role owns end-to-end store business, including sales performance, customer experience, operations, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with POP MART’s brand standards and global retail strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or equivalent)
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and implement new operational standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic retail environment

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance, including sales targets, KPIs and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze business trends, product performance and customer demand to drive decisions.
• Execute product launches, merchandising strategies and marketing initiatives to maximize sell-through.
• Maintain communication with Area Manager and cross-functional partners regarding performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals.
