CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders over 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning experiences. You will work with a district leader, HR BP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow into a store management role.

Eligibility includes promoting within the market, with expectations to support the management team and uphold CVS values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree required; four-year college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead the team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
