Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficiency with computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well-kept per standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
