Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a capable manager to lead store operations in Bartlett, IL. You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked site that aligns with company standards.

You will schedule employees, manage daily reports, and supervise merchandising and safety procedures to protect customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and organized.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per Company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with team through regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise stores to ensure reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced correctly.
