Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and working conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train using site equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage site cleanliness, stocking, organization and image.
• Maintain professional relations with staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and uphold standards.
• Implement fair, non-discriminatory management practices.

• Provide ongoing training on safety, service and procedures.
• Communicate with the Market Manager regularly.
• Organize site files and required reports.
