Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Normal, Illinois is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service while upholding Circle K standards.

You will help manage staffing, training, and inventory, while maintaining our food program and consistent, friendly service. Drive safety, reliability, and a welcoming store atmosphere for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Experience handling food recommended.
• High School/College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and staff daily tasks.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predicible onsite attendance. Our food program has set the bar high and you’ll be executing that too.
