Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Michigan to learn and lead daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and customer service. You will work alongside associates, developing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time with an estimated 45 hours per week. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with first-year earnings potential between $81,000 and $104,000 inclusive of salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• Ability to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPIs.
• Plan and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Hire, train, and evaluate store staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
