The role offers a full-time schedule with 45 hours weekly. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with Year 1 earning potential of $81,000–$104,000 including salary and bonus where applicable; travel within divisional requirements may be needed.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and makes recommendations.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures; maintains safety and standards.
