Job summary

The starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with year 1 earning potential of $86,500–$95,500 including salary and bonus where applicable; travel within divisional requirements is required for full-time trainees.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead store personnel and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates performance expectations.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates for store positions.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination recommendations.
• Communicates, cooperates, and interacts with all levels of ALDI personnel and customers.
• Drives sales and achieves KPI goals through team leadership.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and training sessions.
• Plans weekly schedules to ensure accuracy.
