Qualifications

• 18 years old or older

• Prior retail and management experience desired

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to meet targets.
• Plan and execute action plans using company resources to improve results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district input as needed.
• Interview candidates and make recommendations for advancement or termination.
• Ensure store compliance with policies, safety standards, and cash handling procedures.
