Starting wage is $29.50 per hour and the role is Full-Time with an estimated 45 hours per week. Earnings potential in Year 1 ranges from $95,500 to $103,000, inclusive of salary and bonus where applicable. Travel within divisional requirements may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior management experience in retail.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel and direct reports.
• Implements action plans to improve operating results.
