ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to develop the skills needed to lead a store, deliver excellent customer service, and foster a positive team environment. You will work with experienced leaders to drive sales growth and operational excellence within the store network.

The role offers full-time hours (approximately 45 per week) with a starting wage of $27.25 per hour and potential earnings in year one up to $80,500–$95,000, including bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop store personnel.
