Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting in recruiting, merchandising, inventory controls, ordering, and cash handling while ensuring a safe, well-stocked store and adherence to company policies. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading of diagrams, safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to perform standard math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit controls.
• Experience with cash register functions and reporting.
• Understanding of inventory and merchandising practices.
• Familiarity with safety and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support merchandising and staging of merchandise per standards.

• Help meet in-stock targets through ordering practices.

• Participate in store opening/closing.
• Assist in cash control and deposits.
• Maintain clean, safe store conditions.
• Operate store in manager's absence.
